Everything you'd say into an Echo, except the entire conversation can run on a box in your house instead of Amazon's servers.

How this demo works
The model
Your message hits a Claude model with tool-use enabled. The model decides which device to change and calls a function that updates the house.
The house
State for all 13 devices lives in your browser. When the model triggers a change, it animates immediately. Refresh to reset.
The real version
In your actual home, the model can run on a hub on your shelf — no internet needed, no cloud account. That's what I install for $899–$2,499.
